Jessica Simpson Album

I was wondering if it would be possible for me to dye my hair that is currently black to a red color that looks like this:

I dyed my hair black about 6-7 months ago, so it’s not pitch black, but it hasn’t faded to my normal dark-chocolate brown color.

Is it possible for me to dye my hair that color at home without professional help? If so, will I need to bleach it, etc?
